We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join the HR team on a fixed term basis, for one year. The successful post-holder will provide the professional lead on the learning and development work stream and initiatives across the organisation, ensuring people at all levels of the organisation possess and develop the skills, knowledge and experiences necessary to deliver the business plan.

In order to be successful in this role, candidates will be required to evidence provision of successful L&D support to achieve positive impact and change, along with being able to express excellent management and leadership practice. Ability to design engaging learning interventions to deliver impact and evidence of building and maintaining effective relationships within a team or working group are also essential.
