Warwickshire re-use case study

With seven re-use shops already in place at household waste recycling centres (HWRCs) across the county, Warwickshire County Council was keen to keep up momentum by bringing a similar service to its remaining two sites, and expanding capture opportunities beyond those provided by the on-site shops.
