    At WRAP we are working for a world in which resources are used sustainably working with governments, businesses and communities to deliver practical solutions to improve resource efficiency.

    The Collaborative Change Programme for Wales works with local authorities across the country supporting them to improve their recycling services and meet the targets in Wales’ ambitious Circular Economy Strategy.  We offer a programme of strategic, technical and operational support via a team of advisers and other partners – all working towards zero waste by 2050.

    As the programme continues to grow in influence and reach, we’re bringing new data analysis and project delivery capability into the team.  Managing a range of projects aimed at providing advice, guidance and analysis to local authorities, you’ll be part of a team focused on improving the design, delivery, cost and effectiveness of recycling and waste services across Wales.

You’ll be our media guru speaking on a global platform with media from around the world on projects that set the environmental news agenda. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders too, from a range of sectors including business, local government and the third sector as well as the wider communications team of marketing, editorial, digital and creative specialists.
