Funding for projects to prevent or address the issue of fly-tipping
This grant is now closed to applications.
The Fly Tipping Intervention Grant supported projects trialling approaches and interventions to prevent or address the issue of fly-tipping.
Delivered by WRAP on behalf of Defra, this grant provided capital funding for projects at known fly-tipping hot-spots that showed the potential for improving infrastructure, raising awareness, and supporting enforcement activity.
Particular interest was given to projects that could influence long term behaviour change, provide key learnings on methods used for sharing with the wider sector, and that could be easily replicated or scaled up.
