Design, develop, convene, manage and support collaborative change programmes
We design, develop, convene, manage and support collaborative change programmes, mobilising businesses, governments, local authorities and other stakeholders to reduce the end-to-end environmental impacts in key sectors of production and consumption – food, textiles and plastic packaging.
Public-private partnerships enable action across the entire supply chain rather than just targeting one area. The success of our approach has led to our voluntary agreements being replicated in countries and municipalities across the globe.
We have supported voluntary agreements on food waste in Denmark, Indonesia, South Africa, USA and Canada.
We are starting a new project to establish an effective, reliable model for national ‘Circular Clothing Action Plans’ based on our successful Sustainable Clothing Action Plan in the UK and will look to pilot this project in Denmark in parallel with a new textiles agreement in the UK - Textiles 2030.
The UK Plastics Pact stands out as an exemplar model for multiple plastics pacts around the globe creating a circular economy in plastic packaging. We support plastic pacts in Europe, India, and Kenya.
