Implementation of Plastic Film-Flexibles Recycling Within Consistency Policy

It is understood that government wants to include plastic film and flexibles derived from households and business (household-like) within the core set of materials that local authorities and waste management companies need to collect for recycling. The question is when and how could this be achieved. A sprint group was initiated by Defra to address these questions and this report outlines the findings and recommendations.
