Angela is an accomplished and commercially focused HR leader with skills gained in engineering consultancy services, financial services and manufacturing.
She has extensive experience of both strategic and operational HR, with proven ability to develop successful business relationships and achieve results.
Her key areas of expertise include business restructure (change and transformation), business integration (stakeholder and project management), talent management and effectiveness of Human Resources covering leadership, strategy development and employee relations.
Since joining WRAP, Angela and her team have rolled out a highly successful Reward Framework for WRAP’s employees along with establishing a clear direction and strategy on equality, diversity and inclusion.
